Suyash

Founded by YashPrabha Group in 1980, Suyash Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to the upliftment of tribal communities in India. Guided by the motto, “स्वाभिमानी सदाचारी स्वावलंबी स्वयंपूर्ण वनवासी” (Self-respecting, moral, self-reliant, and self-sufficient tribals), Suyash focuses on empowering the ‘Vanwasi’ tribals through education and skill development in modern farming techniques.

The trust provides training in areas such as the use of quality seeds, organic fertilizers, water and land management, and finance, with the goal of making these communities self-sufficient. Suyash has made significant progress across Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Orissa, and Chhattisgarh, covering 16 districts, 160 villages, 8,000 families, and 10,000 acres of agricultural land. Over a 5-year period, Suyash works closely with each village, guiding them towards self-sufficiency.

Many villages have successfully risen above the poverty line, such as Dhagewadi, where families returned their below poverty line certificates to the government. Through Suyash, YashPrabha Group continues to support the growth and empowerment of tribal communities.
